Please book for the number of delegates you will require on the day. Delegate names and requirements should be provided at checkout. If unsure of names please put TBC. Extra stand delegates on the day will be invoiced at £15 per head.
Power points are available but we need to pass on venue costs to supply these, you have the option to select a Power Point for £15 at check-out.
All Lancashire businesses are welcome to exhibit, we are not single sector but are limiting the number of same sector businesses to three to maximise the experience of both exhibitors and delegates.
Should you wish to double your exhibition space please add another stand to your basket. If you wish to purchase an additional stand on behalf of a different company please complete two separate transactions.
An invoice will be generated upon booking. Payment should be made by BACS transfer within seven calendar days of booking. If payment is not made within that time booking may need to be re-made, if stands are still available.
Exhibitor information will be sent out two weeks prior to the event. Stands will be allocated by lovelocalexpo organisers to ensure similar businesses are not next to each other. Floor-plans will be available two weeks before the event.
Bookings / deposits will not be refunded but can be transferred to another business if necessary up to 4 weeks before the event.
