Some important things to know about your stand:

• Your stands are a 2m x 2m pitch – unless you’re a Partner or Gold Sponsor when they’re 2.5m wide x 2m deep
• They don’t include anything other than a table and chairs
• Your Table will measure 1.2m x 0.6m – let us know below if you don’t want one
• You’ll need your own tablecloth, to keep prices low we don’t supply them. The venue will have some to hire on the day for £10
• All delegates need to be booked with us in advance
• Each delegate will get an exhibitor name badge, a packed lunch and access to free-flow teas and coffees (aka build your own brew) in the Exhibitor Green Room behind the stage
• Partners/Gold Sponsors have up to 3 delegates included in their package, Silver Sponsors and Exhibitors have up to 2
• If you booked an electrical point you will get one, we pay the venue to supply them for us. If you didn’t book one, they’re £15 to add on but we have limited stands that can support them

Set-up / On the day information:

• Our venue is Impact Conferencing, Sycamore Avenue, Burnley, BB12 6QP
• Stand set-up is either on the day, Weds 30 April from 7am, or the day before, Tues 29 April, from 2pm-4.30pm. Main access will be via the external fire exits to the auditorium – turn hard right into the car park and along to the far end, the doors will be propped open from 2.30pm. There is step free access so heavy items can be wheeled in. The internal doors to the auditorium and fire exits will be locked at 5pm on Tuesday so anything set up will be safe
• Heavy items can be carried/wheeled in through the auditorium fire doors. Access to these is found at the front of the building at the far right end, they should be open, if not, pop into reception (obvious at front of building) and we’ll open them for you
• There will be someone to facilitate exhibitor parking on the morning of the event so we don’t use up all the parking spaces! Please turn into the car-park and immediate right to be directed to a place to park
• You will be double parked etc by our parking attendant, if you’re blocking anyone in please let our reception staff know, and give them your name, stand number and car reg, thank you
• Exhibitor teas and coffees will be available from 7.15am in the Green Room (to the right of the stage and behind)
• For those who prefer Barista style coffees, the onsite cafe will be open from 8am for you to purchase these
• The onsite cafe will also be selling breakfast items, cakes and other munchies
• You can collect your packed lunch from 11.30am at the cafe counter and choose a sandwich to be popped in there
• The event is open to visitors on Weds 30 April from 9am until 3pm
• All stands need to be set-up by 8.45am at the latest on the day
• We kindly request that you do not pack up your stand until 3pm, thank you for helping us with that!
